Woozy Patient Confused by Little ‘Angels’

FAIRBANKS, Alaska, Dec. 21

(AP) – The annual Christmas pageant given by the Fairbanks High School choir at the Ladd Air Force Base Hospital included a group of girls dressed in angel costumes.

The girls were walking down the corridor when a setviceman patient was wheeled out of the operating room still feeling the effects of the anesthetic.

The still-dazed patient saw the “angels” going by and cried: “Good heavens, I’m dead.”
